Recently, QIANNA HOTEL SPLENDOR, the Building 1 Comprehensive Hotel of the Zhongyuan Nonggu Health and Wellness Community undertaken by the Decoration Branch, was officially opened. As the first high-end international supporting project under the “Boosting Industries through Urban Development and Vitalizing Cities through Industrial Growth” strategy of Henan Zhongyuan Nonggu Investment and Operation Co., Ltd., the successful delivery of the hotel fully demonstrates the Group Company’s professional strength and high-efficiency contract performance capability in the field of high-end hotel decoration and fit-out.
The hotel features 265 guest rooms, including standard rooms, king rooms, family rooms and various suites. It is equipped with complete conference and banquet facilities, featuring 8 multi-function halls with areas ranging from 75 square meters to 850 square meters, which can meet diverse demands such as business conferences and wedding celebrations. The dining area is well-facilitated with an all-day dining restaurant, 13 private dining rooms and 4 VIP shared tea rooms.
The project adopted an integrated construction approach combining fine decoration with civil engineering, which posed significant challenges in construction organization and process coordination. From the commencement of model room decoration in May 2025 to the gradual handover to the client in December 2025, the project team completed the entire decoration process in just eight months—more than 20% faster than the industry standard. Thanks to its efficient contract performance capability and superior quality, the project received two letters of commendation from Henan Zhongyuan Nonggu Investment and Operation Co., Ltd. during construction and ranked first in the company’s Q3 2025 evaluation of ongoing projects.
