At 14:00 local time on April 22 in Nigeria, the grand commissioning ceremony for the building materials production lines of Henan D.R. Construction Group Nig.FZE was successfully held in the Lekki Free Zone. Ms. Bolanle, Managing Director & Chief Executive of NEPZA; Representatives from the Customs Department, Security Department, Police Station and Immigration Office of Lekki Free Zone; Mr. Chen Zheguang, Commercial Director of Lekki Free Zone Development Company; as well as representatives of partners attended the event. Mr. Huang Daoyuan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Honorary Chairman of Henan D.R. Construction Group; Mr. Zhang Junfeng, Vice Chairman; Mr. Chen Baibin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Supervisory Board; Mr. Du Hongquan, Director and Chief Economist; Mr. Wang Zheng, Director of International Business; Mr. Boris Huang, Assistant to the Chairman, and other group leaders also attended the ceremony, witnessing a milestone in the Group Company’s overseas industrial layout and industrial chain development.

The Building Materials Production Line Project is a key project of the Group Company in response to the Belt and Road Initiative, deeply developing the African market, and advancing the full overseas industrial chain layout.

Six major building materials production lines have been officially put into operation:

· PVC Decorative Materials Production Line

· Premium Wood Products Production Line

· Doors, Windows, Curtain Walls & Glazing Production Line

· Decorative Cement Products Production Line

· Precast Concrete Production Line

· Ready-Mix Concrete Production Line

These production lines will help upgrade infrastructure construction in Nigeria and West Africa, and the business will further expand to West Africa, Europe, the United States and the Middle East.

Ms. Bolanle, Managing Director & Chief Executive of NEPZA, noted that Henan D.R. Construction Group has been present in Lekki Free Zone for 8 years and 9 months, growing from a promising investment enterprise into a core partner and strategic pillar enterprise in the zone. She highly recognized the Group Company’s efforts in developing high-end building materials, promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, advancing the deep integration of design and building construction and actively exploring European, American and Middle Eastern markets leveraging the free zone’s geographical advantages. Meanwhile, she pledged that NEPZA would continue to provide strong policy support and efficient government services, and fully safeguard the development of enterprises in Nigeria.

Mr. Chen Zheguang, Commercial Director of Lekki Free Zone Development Company, extended warm congratulations on the official commissioning of the production lines. He pointed out that since entering the zone in 2017, the Group Company has built a modern industrial base integrating building materials production and sales, and achieved remarkable development results. Mr. Chen stated that Lekki Free Zone will continue to provide quality and efficient services, improve infrastructure and a first-class business environment, and fully support the high-quality development of the enterprise.

Mr. Zhou Shizhao, General Manager of Henan D.R. Construction Group Nig.FZE, delivered a welcome speech. He expressed gratitude to all guests, partners and supporters, and pledged to strictly strengthen production, quality and safety management, continuously optimize capacity and efficiency, and contribute to the overseas development of the Group Company and the high-quality economic growth of the Free Zone and Nigeria.

Mr. Boris Huang, Assistant to the Chairman of Henan D.R. Construction Group, stated that the successful commissioning marked a phased achievement of the Group Company’s long-term development commitment rooted in Nigeria. In the future, the Group Company will uphold the localization concept “Made in Nigeria, by Nigerians”, strengthen technical empowerment and talent training, create more high-quality local jobs, improve people’s livelihood and well-being, and help Nigeria enhance industrial manufacturing capabilities with a global-standard quality system, so as to contribute to the local economic, social and industrial development.

Amid warm applause, distinguished leaders and guests jointly cut the ribbon, officially announcing the full commissioning of the six building materials production lines of Henan D.R. Construction Group Nig.FZE.

Accompanied by the Group Company’s leaders, the guests visited the workshops and production sites, and learned about the production processes and capacity advantages of the six production lines:

· Premium Wood Products Production Line adopts imported high-precision cutting and jointing equipment from Switzerland, producing E0-grade MDF bonded with precious wood veneer and UV-finished plywood with outstanding texture, with an annual capacity of 250,000 sheets.

· Ready-Mix Concrete Production Line is equipped with two fully automatic Type 750 lines with a capacity of 150m³/h, capable of producing concrete from C10 to C60 and various special-grade concrete. It is supported by an in-house testing laboratory and 15 mixer trucks to ensure quality and delivery efficiency.

· Precast Concrete Production Line provides a wide range of products including hollow blocks, interlocking parts, precast wall columns, wall panels, drainage channels and curbs, which can flexibly meet diverse engineering demands.

· Decorative Cement Products Production Line mainly produces high-end terrazzo and handmade cement tiles, with an annual capacity of 300,000 ㎡ of terrazzo slabs and 50,000 ㎡ of cement tiles. It adopts advanced domestic press-filtering molding technology and supports full customization.

· PVC Decorative Materials Production Line has an annual output of 700,000 ㎡ of integrated wall panels and 220,000 ㎡ of grilles. It is green and eco-friendly, and its products sell well in major cities such as Lagos, Abuja and Kano with high market recognition.

· Doors, Windows, Curtain Walls & Glazing Production Line is equipped with integrated glass cutting, grinding and washing equipment, featuring high automation and precision. It can realize mass production of 80-series sliding windows and 50-series casement windows, and higher-performance system windows and doors will be launched in the future.

From construction to full-chain manufacturing, from product export to local deep cultivation, the Group Company empowers overseas market development with industrial strength. In the future, Henan D.R. Construction Group will continue to deepen the African market, build a benchmark for overseas building materials manufacturing, and boost infrastructure construction and industrialization in Nigeria with full industrial chain advantages, so as to contribute more to the Belt and Road Initiative and China-Africa production capacity cooperation.
